Body weight exercises
Often overlooked but very effective, exercises designed around the resistance of your own body weight are something that you can do in the comfort of your own home between personal training sessions. Push ups and pull ups are examples of using your own body weight as resistance.
Stretching and flexibility
One of the often desired goals, particularly with older clients, is the desire to improve flexibility. With sedentary jobs it is all too easy to end up with flexibility problems which often leads to muscular pain, particularly to the back, neck and shoulders. We work with you to improve flexibility which has the added benefit of being able to work out more effectively thereby achieving your overall goals quicker.
Shefford Gym are often recommended and referred to for remedial work by Osteopaths and Chiropractors.
At Shefford Gym Personal Training we keep records of all workouts and we will be aiming to help you improve at each and every session you take with us ensuring that you achieve your fitness goals in the fastest time possible in a safe environment.
Shefford Gym is open for personal training Monday to Friday 7.00am to 10.00pm. We are also open on Saturday from 8.00am to 1.00pm. All sessions are carried out at our private gym facility in Shefford, Bedfordshire.
We only charge £8.50 per hour and there are no joining or membership fees. We do this to make fitness accessible to everyone as we believe that you should have the opportunity to be the person that you want to be.
