The primary focus of Pilates is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back. This has benefits for sports as well as general health and wellbeing.
Pilates is suitable for both men and women and at Image fitness we teach Pilates in small friendly groups to ensure the correct amount of attention is given to everyone but achieve maximum benefit.
